3. Topic Review Process

All newly submitted Topics may be thoroughly reviewed before publication. During review, moderators consider:

Relevance: Is the topic meaningful and relevant to public discussion?
Clarity: Is the topic understandable and clearly presented?
Public Interest: Does the topic have discussion value for the community?
Accuracy: Does the content appear intentionally misleading or deceptive?
Legal Compliance: Does the topic violate any laws or legal requirements?

4. Opinion Review Process

Opinions may also be reviewed when necessary. Most opinions appear immediately or after basic automated filtration depending on active platform settings. However, immediate manual review is triggered for:

Reported opinions & potential misinformation
Spam activity, abusive behavior, or repeated policy violations

5. Content That May Be Rejected or Removed

The following categories of content will be strictly restricted, unpublished, edited, or permanently removed:

❌ Hate Speech: Content promoting hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals/groups.

❌ Harassment: Content intended to insult, threaten, intimidate, or harass others.

❌ Misinformation: Content that intentionally spreads harmful false claims.

❌ Privacy Violations: Publishing phone numbers, addresses, personal or financial documents without consent.

❌ Defamation: False statements intended to damage personal or organizational reputations.

❌ Obscene Material: Sexually explicit, abusive, vulgar, or offensive material.

❌ Spam & Ads: Repeated postings, promotional abuse, or automated marketing.

❌ Impersonation: Pretending to be another person, organization, or authority.

6. Location-Based Discussions

Abhiprayam.in encourages users to discuss issues affecting their communities. When participating in local discussions:

Users should provide accurate location information whenever possible to improve credibility.
Location-based claims and regional issues should be made and discussed respectfully and constructively.

7. Real Name and Authentic Participation

To strengthen platform credibility, users are highly encouraged to use accurate profile details, use their real name when comfortable, and provide location information where appropriate. These practices are strongly recommended but generally not mandatory.

8. Community Reporting

Users are encouraged to actively flag content they believe violates platform policies (Hate speech, harassment, spam, misinformation, privacy/legal violations). Each community report is reviewed individually by our safety team.

9. Moderation Actions

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, moderators may execute the following protocols:

Content Approval / Rejection: Confirming or declining publication after queues.
Content Removal / Editing: Deleting published content or correcting minor formatting/categories.
Warnings & Restrictions: Notifying users or limiting specific platform features temporarily.
Suspension & Permanent Ban: Suspending or completely terminating access for severe or repeated violations.

10. Moderation Does Not Mean Endorsement

Approval or publication of content does not mean that Abhiprayam.in supports the content, agrees with the opinions, verifies every statement, or endorses any viewpoint. User-generated content remains the sole responsibility of the users who publish them.

11. Appeals and Reviews

If users believe their content was removed or restricted in error, they may contact us for review. Moderation decisions may be reconsidered based on genuine additional information provided.

12. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to improve moderation standards and adapt to legal, technical, or community requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page immediately.
